Well it went alright. The flavor is good, the texture is .... odd. I had some of Einherjar's fish. *grin* Some yellow tail and some other red fish. When I asked Einherjar what it was the only response I got was good. *giggle* But I really enjoyed the spicy tuna hand rolls. Good stuff. And I didn't get sick!

I just tried some Ahi Tuna on friday. It was actually very good.

If you don't know, Ahi tuna is a Hawaiian dish, wherein the tuna is seared on the outside, but raw on the inside. It is covered in sesame seeds and topped with horse radish sauce.
